Kanha National Park is one of the finest national parks and tiger
reserves of India. Stretching on an area of over 940 sq km amidst
breathtaking surroundings of lush mountains and valleys, Kanha is home
to an amazing variety of wildlife that includes the rare and endangered
white tigers, Indian fox, sloth bear, striped hyenas, leopards, mouse
deer, chausingha (four horned antelope), nilgai and porcupines to name a
few. The park also shelters over 200 species of birds including water birds.
