How can I build a distributed l server base on qmail and connect it to a large database(Oracle,eg) which does authentication of user?

The license from the Qmail Author prohibits anyone from explicitly
modifying the code - except under his authorization. Since the
author's goal is to maintain compatibility, I doubt if you will find
any packages out there that consist of a modified qmail that include 
the proprietary features you are looking for.
