First you need to install the MCAL (Modular Calendar Access Library)
library available here:
http://mcal.chek.com/
If you install PHP according to the instructions here:
http://www.e-gineer.com/instructions
then all you need to do is add the mcal directive in the configure step
and recompile. This directive looks like this:
--with-mcal
