remove the url from being printed in each hard copy using javascript

Click on "File" in the menu bar of MSIE -> Page Setup

Then you edit the header and footer info (right click and choose "what 
is this" for exact info what each letter means).

That's the only way of getting rid of those, as far as I know.

Something similar should be possible in all other browsers.
