I installed Oracle 8i Client and Programmer 8.1.5.0.0 but I can't seem to install PHP3 with Oracle Support. Why am I getting missing header errs?

Maybe you should install the whole ORACLE distribution
on your machine and you should apply the recent ORACLE
patches. I think the new ORACLE installer a little buggy
to correctly install the needed libs, headers, etc.
If you don't want to install the whole, try to copy
from install CD the needed files from:
/stage/Components/oracle/rdbms/8.1.5.0.0/1/DataFiles/demo.0.0.jar
I suggest to install a whole with ORACLE installer instead.
Have fun!
If you are using Oracle 8i (8.1.5) you will have to install the whole
Oracle package. If you are using Oracle 8iR2 (8.1.6) you only need to
install the Client. Select the "Programmer" installation type in the
Oracle8i client install.
