Entry

I have reloaded my IE5 and OE. Now when I click "New Mail" or "Reply" I get a smaller screen. This is not how it was.

Window sizes are stored in your registry when you exit a program.

When a window is not maximized, click a corner and resize it to the 
size you want it to normally open.  Close all IE / OE applications 
after the windows are resized how you like them.

Reopen and they should restore to their previous position and size.

Should the problem persist you might have something that is interfering.

Try doing the same thing after a fresh restart and then close / restart 
the PC.
