formname.fieldname.focus() doesn't work in IE5 - any work arounds?

Netscape 6.2, document.form.element.focus(), how to with multiple elements?

Using the focus() javascript command does work in IE5.  Just make sure
you use

   document.formname.element.focus();

instead of

   formname.element.focus();
