Have VBScript Code for spell checker using CreateObject Function, but when run ActiveX cannot create the object Word.Application.

"ActiveX cannot create the object" is a server-side error. Check server for permissions!

Check your browser's Security settings, it should allow to Download & 
run ActiveX Controls. For Internet Explorer, it is under 
Tools/InternetOptions/Security(tab)...CustomLevel.
