Have Apache & IIS installed on NT4. When type in IIS URL am redirected to Apache site?

Which server started first? Probably Apache? If they are both trying to
listen to port 80 (see your configuration files) then you having a
conflict at that point. Switch one or the other depending on your bia$
to listen to another port.
