Actually, I'm not certain I understand the question. But I'll answer the question "Can I use Python on Microsoft's ".NET" platform?" The answer is a tentative "yes". There is a proof-of-concept implementation of Python for the .Net platform, which can be obtained from http://starship.python.net/crew/mhammond/dotnet/index.html . However, it is not really intended for production quality code because it runs far slower than would be desired. I hope that's what you meant by your question, but if not, just clarify and ask again.
