How to install Perl under Win98 ? My Perl build fails when I use MinGW(GCC-3.2) w/dmake

Jason Ross, Ram Shekar,

the easiest way is to install Active Perl from activestate. It's an
excellent product, with some great additions (eg. ppm), and still open.
