Muhammad,
     Ideally, this is a job for server-side coding -- such as ASP, 
JSP, PHP, etc.  In fact, if more than one person is to see this same 
generated link at all, then this is ONLY a job for such server-side 
coding.  The best Internet JavaScript can do, all by itself, is to 
store information in a cookie and then retrieve that information the 
next time that same person visits that same site.
     Here is an example of using such cookies:
