This device is disabled. (Code 22) - I am unable to enable this dvd drive

What I found out is to go to: Right click MY Computer, click on hardware
tab, click on Device Manager, Locate your device that has an X over the
top, if you try and enable this and comes back and says windows is
unable to enable this divise.  Then highlight that device, close device
manager and put the cd where you installed the drivers from and reboot
the computer.  The device will be re-reconized and reinstalled.  It
might come up saying new device found, follow the instructions asking
you to install automatically, click no and continue and select YOU HAVE
THE MEDIA TO INSTALL.  Thats it.  Make sure if you device is also pluged
into a USB 1.1 or 2 if it spicifically has to be in 2.0.  Then make sure
your usb hub in 2.0 compliant.
